Child TherapistPCS-Counseling Center for Assessment offers a variety of assessment options for our clients. Each assessment package is individually tailored to the client’s needs, which are discussed at the initial sessions.

Our emphasis at the PCS-Counseling Center for Assessment is founded on:


  • using the most current, valid and reliable assessments available in the field to target the referral concerns
  • maximizing the assessment results to formulate accurate diagnoses
  • helping clients to understand the implications of the testing results
  • accurate, thorough, & meaningful interpretation of the results
  • providing vocational, educational, and personal application of the results
  • developing effective treatment plans using research-based interventions


We offer advocacy and support to apply for legal accommodations under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) including 504 plans, accommodation plans for ACT/SAT testing, medical boards, and bar exams. We can also attend Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings via conference call or in person.

As a full service assessment and counseling center, we can offer complete continuum of care from assessment to treatment for our clients. Services that we offer include:
