Interactive Life Coaching Groups: Anxiety Group and New Groups for January 2015

Front CoverDue to the overwhelming success of our life coaching groups, Ward Church and PCS-Counseling have partnered to continue our endeavors in helping our community to have access to opportunities for making important life changes and working towards personal growth through our Interactive Life Coaching Groups.

In addition, Talking Yourself Down From the Ledge: Moving on From Anxiety II has been such a success that it will continue to be held through December 2014 on Wednesdays nights, the 3rd, 10th, and 17th. The group will pause for the holidays, and resume with the new season of Groups in January 2015.

The new groups will be You Can Never Get Enough of What You Don’t Want: Managing Self-Defeating Habits on Tuesday nights and Let’s Play Telephone: Communication and the Many Relationships in your Life on Thursday nights.

All groups are held at Ward Church in Room G724, The Green Room, directly to the right of the Sanctuary. Groups will be held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

While these groups are held in partnership with Ward Church, one need not be a member of Ward nor a client at PCS to participate. These groups are conducted from a secular perspective, and focus on giving participants tools to make changes and the forum to receive acceptance and helpful feedback.

To help Ward Church and PCS continue to provide these 12 week groups, members are asked to provide a donation of $10 per group session, or $90 for the entire 12 week series, payable in advance or at group.

We are excited to be able to provide these services to our community, and intend to continue groups throughout the year to come. If you have questions about what life coaching groups are, please read the information on Why Groups?. If you have any further questions, feel free to give PCS-Counseling or Ward Church a call to discuss them.

If you’re ready to commit, Please Visit Our Registration Page now to reserve your spot or ask us any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you in group soon as we work together to help you build your ideal life!
