Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:00 PM, Ward Church, G724

Facilitator: Laura Dyas, LBSW, LPC, MA

Self-esteem is one of the essential ingredients that contribute to creating strong and lasting relationships. It helps build a nurturing community and it can drive you to turn your goals and dreams into reality. Perhaps most importantly during difficult time, self-esteem helps motive you to overcome obstacles, challenges, and self-doubt. Many people feel that they are unable to change the amount of self-esteem they possess. This is not the case! By learning the keys to self-esteem, you can raise your own self-worth and learn to look at yourself in a different way. Joining this group will be the first positive step you can make toward growing your self-esteem, learning what you give, how you love, and how you can stop listening to the voice inside of you that criticizes every decision you make. If you can find the brilliance deep inside you and learn to use it, you will be able to accomplish things you never before thought possible. Come validate the real you that you are meant to be!
