Michael Davis is a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. He graduated with a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University and has experience working with youth and adults in various treatment settings, including community mental health, juvenile justice, autism services, youth advocacy, and employment programs. Michael specializes in childhood and adolescent mental health, family therapy, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, identity issues, depression and anxiety, and stress related to significant life changes. He uses a variety of therapeutic models to develop client-centered treatment that is specialized to every person uniquely and individually.
Michael’s diverse range of experiences have cultivated an interest in seeing people from all walks of life thrive. His aim is to provide an inviting, collaborative space for children, teens, families, couples, and adults to work towards healing and growth. He is passionate about clients feeling empowered to enact their desired change by using a strengths-based approach. He is a firm believer that individuals are capable of change and incredibly resilient. Michael seeks to walk alongside clients collaboratively in a compassionate, non-judgmental way so they can safely & proactively engage the lives they want to live.
